End user enters the VM specification in ServiceNow service portal. A Service Request is created and ServiceNow triggers the bot to automate the VM provisioning

Tasks
- The REST_API URL is passed on to the bot along with VMware application user name and password
- Bot then fetches the appropriate configuration details and creates the VM
- The bot runs and creates the VM remotely irrespective of wherever vCenter is installed
Additional details:
- Creates VM remotely, regardless of vCenter being installed
- Collects corresponding configuration characteristics of the VM from ServiceNow REST_API
- Logs into the hypervisor and creates the VM as per the requirement
- Clones, reconfigures and powers on the virtual machine created
