Manages Expense, Report and Policy in Expensify

Tasks

• Add bulk expenses to user's Expensify account
• Create a report in the user's Expensify account
• Export report to user through email
• Update report status from closed/approved to reimbursed in the user's Expensify account
• Create, read, or update policies.

Performs create operations for expense reports in Expensify.
Change the status of reports from closed/approved to reimbursed.
Export generated reports by file and via email.

Use cases:

• Add bulk expenses to user's Expensify account.
• Create a report in the user's Expensify account.
• Export report to the recipient mails.
• Update report status from closed/approved to reimbursed in the user's Expensify account.

Inputs:

• ExpensifyCredentials (for authentication): partnerUserId, partnerUserSecret, employeeMail(stored in credential vault).
• Input for all operations: CSV file

Output:

• Returns the appropriate message when creating expenses/create report/update report status are called.
• Sends the generated report to the recipient email when the export report action is called.
