Tasks

  • Customer can verify whether their coupon is valid or not
  • Customers can request for a new coupon enrollment

The customer calls the Call Center agents and the agent asks for some details from the customer & then verifies whether the coupon ID has expired or not.

If the coupon ID has expired, the agent will confirm with the customer whether he/she wants to request a new coupon or wants to close the call.

If the customer gives go-ahead for new coupon enrollment, the agent will ask the customer some basic questions & fill in the information as specified by the customer in the AARI form & then submit it.

The bot will process the execution in a remote Virtual Machine & in the meantime, the agent can talk to the customer & sell other products & once the bot produces output the agent can just communicate to the customer the details of the output i.e. the new coupon ID.

This bot will aid in increased customer satisfaction & also decreases the average processing time thereby increasing revenue.

Setup Process

Install

Download the AARI and follow the instructions to install it in your AAE Control Room.

Configure

Open the Bot to configure your username and other settings the Bot will need (see the Installation Guide or ReadMe for details.)

Run

That's it - now the AARI is ready to get going!
