The AARI for Web - Proof of Funds Letter Generation Process is a demo AARI web experience that simulates the process of a customer service agent invoking bots to research and produce a proof of funds letter. Proof of funds letters are commonly used in support of home/auto loans and are generated by financial services institutions.

Generating said letters can be a challenge for institutions as the data needed for their processing could be on any number of systems, and the formatting of said data may not be consistent across the underlying applications. In this case, a bot is used to do that research across multiple systems. Additionally - the bot is responsible for generating a Proof of Funds letter based on a Microsoft Word template - standardizing the approach for filling data into a form sent to customers.

Once this customer research is complete, AARI will display the researched data and letter location to a user in AARI Web for confirmation before sending the customer an email. If approved, the final bot will send the customer an email using standardized language and an attachment - the requested proof of funds letter.

Important Notes:
-The final bot will need to have its email step configured on line 41 for the bot to properly send out emails.
-The final bot will only email the address entered into the CC Email Address field in the AARI web interface - and will not email the address listed for the fictitious customer.
-The underlying applications used for this demo are hosted on developer.automationanywhere.com. Please use customer ID's 1111, or 8709 for testing as both of these customers have data in the "Investment Management" platform as well as the simulated banking API.
