The bot mainly performs various automated Outlook operations. It iterates through the appointments of the user according to the input date, displays the appointment details in a message box, and saves them into a CSV file. It reads the emails of user based on specific date range and subject, then displays in a message box. The bot will create appointments for the user according to the input. User inputs the appointment date, duration, and subject through an interactive form. It helps to download attachments based on email subject and extension specified by the user.

Setup Process

Install

Download the Bot and follow the instructions to install it in your AAE Control Room.

Configure

Open the Bot to configure your username and other settings the Bot will need (see the Installation Guide or ReadMe for details.)
