The bot sends birthday wishes to employees simultaneously through Gmail and Whatsapp. The birthday details of the employees are provided in an excel sheet which checks for the match of birthdays with system date to send greetings. The bot also creates a report of daily birthday greeting sent and emails it to the manager.

Setup Process

Install

Download the Bot and follow the instructions to install it in your AAE Control Room.

Configure

Open the Bot to configure your username and other settings the Bot will need (see the Installation Guide or ReadMe for details.)

Run

That's it - now the Bot is ready to get going!
