The bot allows user to query in QuickBooks & generate reports such as Profit Loss Report & Sales Report by Customer, Department & Product.
It also provides functionalities to void invoices & payments.
Input:
- Access Code (obtained after the bot is downloaded)
- QuickBooks Credentials (for authentication): ClientId, ClientSecret, AccessToken, RefreshToken and RealmId
- Respective QuickBooks Items/ Input File paths (CSV/Excel)/JSON Array.
Output:
- JSON Object/ Array.

Setup Process
Install
Download the Bot and follow the instructions to install it in your AAE Control Room.
Configure
Open the Bot to configure your username and other settings the Bot will need (see the Installation Guide or ReadMe for details.)
Run
That's it - now the Bot is ready to get going!
