This bot will segregate the customer complaint mail from a common folder to their respective sub-folder based on the subject condition specified by the user and also create log Excel for each department. Optionally, the bot will send acknowledgement mail to the customer and also send a log report to a specified person or department based on the requirement.
1. Moves the mail from a common folder to respective sub-folder

Summary: Bot reads the input Excel file for information like common folder name, log Excel path, log Excel name, and unclassified sub-folder name from move config sheet. From department and email sheet the bot fetches information like folder name, keyword, department name, and department email. Optionally, the bot fetches details from the acknowledgement email sheet to send acknowledgement mail to the customer.
