This Privacy Policy explains how Automation Anywhere, Inc. (“Automation Anywhere,” or the “Company”) collects and uses personal information that it receives when you access and/or use (the “Site”).

Children Under the Age of 13

Automation Anywhere may collect certain non-personal information from visitors to the Site including the IP address, time visited, pages viewed and related information.  Automation Anywhere may also collect certain personal information you provide, such as when you create an account on the Site or purchase products or services through the Site.  Examples of such personal information include, but are not limited to, individual names, telephone numbers, email addresses, company name, job title, financial information (e.g., debit or credit card numbers), and other personally identifiable information.  Automation Anywhere uses the information collected on the Site for a variety of activities, including but not limited to: monitoring the performance and quality of the Site, responding to requests about the Company and its business, providing you with information about products and services, fulfilling customer requests, marketing and other business purposes, and complying with various legal and/or regulatory requirements.  Automation Anywhere may share the information collected from the Site with its affiliates and subsidiaries, and may also share this information with third-party agents who may be acting on its behalf; e.g., providing notice of an upcoming webinar or tradeshow that may be of interest to the target audience.

Automation Anywhere may release your personal information if it is required to do so by law or court order, to enforce or apply its Terms or if it believes in good faith that such release is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of its company, customers, affiliates, or others. Automation Anywhere also may share or transfer information, including your personal information, in connection with the sale, transfer, acquisition, merger, acquisition, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, bankruptcy or other change or ownership or control by Automation Anywhere or any affiliated company (in each case, whether in whole or in part).  When one of these events occurs, Automation Anywhere will use reasonable efforts to notify users before information is transferred or becomes subject to different privacy practices.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

When you visit the Site, open emails from Automation Anywhere, use its apps or interact with its related tools, widgets, or plug-ins, Automation Anywhere may collect certain information by automated means, such as cookies, web beacons and web server logs.  Some of these technologies may track your online behavior over time and across third party websites (“Behavioral Tracking”).  The information collected in this manner may include your IP address, unique device identifier, browser characteristics, domain and other system settings, search queries, device characteristics, operating system type, language preferences, referring URLs, actions taken on the Site, dates and times of Site visits, metadata and other information associated with other files stored on your device.    Automation Anywhere may use information collected through cookies, web beacons, pixels, web server logs and other automated means for purposes such as (a) customizing user visits to the Site, (b) delivering content tailored to users’ interests and the manner in which Automation Anywhere’s users browse the Site, and (c) managing the Site and other aspects of its business.  You can change your cookies settings in your browser, however please note that without cookies you may not be able to use all of the features of the Site.

Automation Anywhere will use reasonable methods to secure personal and sensitive information by a variety of methods,  including securing access to the facility where the information is stored, and using technology and physical controls to secure the information.

Use of Personal Information by Third Parties

Automation Anywhere will require that all third parties acting on behalf of Automation Anywhere, and to which personal or sensitive information collected from the Site is provided, give Automation Anywhere adequate assurances that they will safeguard all such information in a manner consistent with this policy.

Ability to Access and Correct Information

Upon an individual’s request, Automation Anywhere will provide reasonable access to any personal or information it has about that person.  Automation Anywhere will also take reasonable steps to allow such individuals to correct, change, modify or delete any such information that is shown to be incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete.


Personal information collected by Automation Anywhere may be stored and processed in your geographic region, in the United States or in other countries in which Automation Anywhere, or its service providers, maintain facilities or operations.  If you are resident in the European Economic Area, you acknowledge and agree that your personal information may be transferred to, and processed in, other countries including the United States.  If Automation Anywhere transfers your personal information outside of the European Economic Area, Automation Anywhere uses a variety of legal mechanisms, which may include contractual terms, to protect your rights with respect to your personal information.
