How do I get support for an automation from Bot Store?
The Bot Store team doesn’t provide support for using specific automations, but you can get support from the automation developer or from our active community.
Look at the automation’s listing. If the right column “Support” section says Community Only please start a thread in the Developers Forum in the Pathfinder Community. Be sure to share the URL of the automation on Bot Store, along with any steps taken to reproduce the issue and any relevant screen shots.
If the “Support” section lists the developer or vendor details, they have offered to provide direct support for the automation. You can use the listed contact information to contact them. What security verifications were completed for automations listed on Bot Store?
All automations on Bot Store are verified at Level 1, malware scan. For details about the 4 progressive levels or security designation, please review our Bot Security Program.

How do I submit an automation to Bot Store?
Submitting an automation to Bot Store is easy. You’ll need to create an account, submit the automation from Control Room, share metadata about the automation, and complete your vendor profile.
Create an account: If you don’t already have a Bot Store account, you can create one by clicking the “Login” option in the header of Bot Store and following the prompts.
Submit your automation from Control Room: Ensure your build your automation with the Submission checklist in mind. Once your automation is ready, follow these documentation instructions to submit it.
Share metadata: After submitting the automation file from Control Room, go to Bot Store, log in, find the automation on your Submissions page, and fill in all the details about the automation. On this form, you will be asked to provide details of your automation, including:
- description of your automation features, benefits, inputs, and outputs
- screenshots and videos showcasing the value of your automation
- a Readme file with the instructions to install, configure and run the automation
Create your vendor profile: After our Operations team receives your submission, they will reach out to you to create a Vendor Profile page if you do not already have one. Your Vendor Profile page gives you a platform to introduce your organization, showcase your expertise, and highlight your automations available in Bot Store.
After you submit the automation, the Operations team will review your submission to ensure that all the required information is accurate and that the automation meets the standards outlined. Once ready, we will publish the automation for you. If changes are needed, we will email you with details.
Why has my automation been moved to "Draft"?
If your automation submission does not pass our initial or subsequent reviews, we will reject the submission and move it to “Draft” status. You can still view the submission in your “Submissions” page.
Bot Store Operations will email you with the reasons for rejecting your automation and next steps to help you get through the approval process.
How long will it take for my automation to appear in Bot Store after I submit it?
We try to complete the review process within one week of submission. Delays may occur if there is inaccurate information in the metadata. We will communicate with you via email if we experience an issue.
How do I make changes to an automation that is already published?
If you need to change the information about an automation that is published on Bot Store, please contact us at botstore@automationanywhere.com. Include the subject "Vendor Bot Revision Request." Please provide specific details, including a link to the current automation’s Bot Store page and the updates needed.

Ratings & Reviews Information
What are the guidelines for ratings & reviews?
All reviews must be your honest interpretation of a specific automations in Bot Store. We do not allow profanity, spam, personal information, or inappropriate or illegal content in reviews.
All users are only allowed to submit one review per automations in Bot Store. We do not allow multiple reviews for a specific automations by one user account.
Can I review my own automations in Bot Store?
We do not allow authors to review their own automations, to help keep the reviews program fair and objective.
Why don’t I see my review posted?
We are currently accepting ratings and reviews for all automations on Bot Store. However, reviews will not be displayed for automation until we have a minimum number of reviews. Check back soon to see your review live!
