Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) Calculator
This bot will take a user's height, weight, and age, and calculate the BMR Index (calories/day)
Top Benefits
- This could be helpful for a person who is trying to manage their weight
- If a person wants to gain weight, they could use their BMR to calculate how many extra calories to consume each day
Tasks
- Automation will read the user's detail & calculate their BMR based on inputs
This bot will take information from the user for his/her height, weight, & age, and based on the input the bot will calculate the BMR Index of the user and give some related information.
BMR estimates the minimum calories a person needs in order to sustain their basic life functions during a state of rest or without any working condition.
If a person is trying to lose weight, calculating their BMR Index could help them figure out how many calories to cut out each day. In some cases, this may mean consuming only enough calories to support essential life functions.
Alternatively, if a person wants to gain weight, they could use their BMR calculation to work out how many extra calories to consume each day.
