1.Bot will read the URL for getting all projects from the XML config file.
(https://yourdomain.atlassian.net/rest/api/3/project/search)
2.Run API using REST WEB SERVICES.
3.Bot will fetch all project details.
to run API we need to generate API Token and used it as a password.
