1.Bot will read the URL for getting all projects from the XML config file.

2.Run API using REST WEB SERVICES.
3.Bot will fetch all project details.

Requirements and Inputs
- Create API Token and used it as a password.
- Need to Change the JIRA URL in config file (Config.XML).
- Create your credentials in credential vault.
