This bot can send out SMS reminders and also can be used to cross-sell additional subscriptions. It uses the Camunda DMN and Twilio packages to send out the configured message in the SMS.

Inputs: Customer Contact Number, Customer Preferences, Camunda DMN rules file, Twilio SID & Auth.

Output: Transaction ID updated in the same input Excel spreadsheet.

Setup Process

Install

Download the Bot and follow the instructions to install it in your AAE Control Room.

Configure

Open the Bot to configure your username and other settings the Bot will need (see the Installation Guide or ReadMe for details.)

Run

That's it - now the Bot is ready to get going!
