The bot will read the input Excel file for a city name and then search the forecast for the next 14 days of that city and extract that data and send it by mail

Open that URL for weather forecasting.
Pick the first name from the input file and fetch the weather forecast data for the same.
Write that extract data into a CSV file.
Mail those files to the required person.
