This bot is designed to work for any user. It can be used in any existing or new task and is designed to clean up poorly formed street addresses as well as street addresses with bad data or incorrect formatting.

The Address Utility Bot can also detect the direction of the street or if it has a PO Box, even if the PO box name is in several formats. It can extract the street number, the street name, the street suffix, and the street direction. It can determine if two street addresses are the same even though they may be spelled slightly differently. For example, it will determine that 1329 WALKERS CHAPEL Avenue North is the same address as 1329 Walkers Chapel Ave. N.
