The bot will process the application log and captures the error message and send the email to the respective team and it will log in to Service desk and enter the necessary details to log the ticket in the service desk

Download the Bot and follow the instructions to install it in your AAE Control Room.
Open the Bot to configure your username and other settings the Bot will need (see the Installation Guide or ReadMe for details.)

- Automation Anywhere Enterprise v10 sp2. Credentials to access Zoho. E-mail settings to be configured to SMTP.
