Hiring teams often rely on behavioral assessments to understand candidates beyond resumes, but interpreting assessment outcomes consistently is time-consuming and subjective. Different reviewers may derive different conclusions from the same results, leading to delays, bias, and missed behavioral insights. The Candidate Personality Insights AI Agent addresses this challenge by using responsible AI to support clearer, more consistent hiring discussions.

The automation is triggered when a structured candidate behavioral assessment Excel file is provided. Each file represents one candidate and includes the Candidate Number in the file name along with finalized trait-level outcomes inside the file. The AI Agent reads only the Trait Names and Bands (Strong, Solid, Developing, Risk Area) and does not access raw responses or numeric scores.

Once triggered, the AI Agent orchestrates the end-to-end process. It uses an AI Skill to generate structured personality insights that summarize behavioral strengths, identify development areas, and suggest interview follow-up questions. These insights are then displayed to the hiring team using Automation Anywhere Forms, where human reviewers can edit and approve the content. Human review and approval are mandatory before finalization.

After approval, the AI Agent generates a professional PDF personality insights report for the candidate. The report is standardized, audit-friendly, and clearly positioned as decision-support only, making it easy to share with interview panels and stakeholders.
