Convert Word to PDF files

The bot automates the process of generating PDF files from Microsoft Word documents.

The configuration file (.txt file) provided includes the folder location of the word file(s) The bot will run and convert all Microsoft word files that exist inside the folder location updated in the config file. This bot works for all .doc/.docx files. The name of the generated PDF files will be the same as the name of the Word document.

Setup process

Install

Download the Bot and follow the instructions to install it in your AAE Control Room.

Configure

Use the Bot in a bot, configure keys and other credentials the Bot will need (see the ReadMe for details.)

Run

That's it - now the Bot is ready to get going!

Requirements and Inputs

  • Functional AAE 10 sp2 setup
  • Inputs: Configuration file with the variable names pre-defined, .doc/.docx files
