Let’s assume, if 1 Employee is working 8hour/day to create a dashboard for a file for daily basis he/she receives which costs around $60 per Hour. The time consumption will also be more in case of Human intervention for continuously checking the output and sending mail. In a nutshell for 30 employees the cost estimate would be as follows: 1 Employee working = 8Hr/day, 30 Employees = 240Hr/day Rate/HR = $60/HR, Rate/Day = $14,400 Rate/Month = $2,16,000 But BOT will take minutes to create dashboard for employees of no cost.

Key Use Case: The Bot will create a dashboard in PDF format in Splunk which can be useful for daily/weekly/monthly insights for the uploaded data and send a mail with the dashboard attachment to the respective person.
