This bot is designed to work for any user by simply plugging this bot in existing or new task to create a Ticket in Zendesk. The respective user needs to provide credential and basic information for creating a Ticket.
This bot takes the following input : Sender Name, Sender Email, Ticket Message, Ticket Subject, Zendesk Domain, Zendesk Login Email, Zendesk API Key.
Key Use Case: - Product Support requests are read from an Email Inbox - If a specific phrase is found in email subject, create a Zendesk ticket for them.
