The Digital Azure IT Admin requires a predetermined set of instructions from the user on Zendesk for the creation of a new instance. It will then read a specific subject line from a Zendesk ticket and send out an email to the registered email address of the IT Administrator. It also identifies the incoming request subjects on Zendesk tickets and using the same user communication process and resets an Azure password. Additionally, this Digital Worker creates an instance utilization report for all your instances in a specific region and puts the generated report at the determined path on your local system.

Download the Digital Worker and follow the instructions to install it in your AAE Control Room.

Configure

Open the My Tasks folder of the Digital Worker to configure your username and other settings the Digital Worker will need.

  • Configuration support from the vendor is included with your purchase.

Run

That's it - now the Digital Worker is ready to get going!
