It begins with user-triggered input of a PDF document, such as scanned invoices or native, uploaded directly into the system. The automation then stores the PDF locally and converts it to structured JSON format using backend Task BOT. An integrated AI agent parses the JSON, classifies the document as an invoice or non-invoice, and extracts key fields like from address, date, amount, and line items only for valid invoices. Finally, it generates a clean text-based report stored in a centralized system for easy access and review.
