This Bot takes the folder containing all the Invoices in Native PDF Format and extracts the necessary data from each invoice individually and puts them in an Excel sheet. The Excel Sheet is finally saved. This bot is configured to work with Invoices generated from FreeAgent platform.

Setup process

Install

Download the Bot and follow the instructions to install it in your AAE Control Room.

Configure

Use the Bot in a bot, configure keys and other credentials the Bot will need (see the ReadMe for details.)

Run

That's it - now the Bot is ready to get going!

Requirements and Inputs

  • Bot works with Native PDF invoices from FreeAgent only
