This bot was designed to help anyone looking to integrate RPA and Jira Cloud by allowing them to get the worklog details of a specified Jira issue. Worklog details include number of worklogs in a specified issue, the name and account ID of the worklog user, the worklog user's email address, time spent, date created, date started, and date updated.  This bot is configured for Jira Cloud.

Setup process

Install

Download the Bot and follow the instructions to install it in your AAE Control Room.

Configure

Use the Bot in a bot, configure keys and other credentials the Bot will need (see the ReadMe for details.)

Run

That's it - now the Bot is ready to get going!

Requirements and Inputs

  • Automation Anywhere v10.X.X - v11.X.X
  • Jira Cloud instance
  • Inputs: Your Jira basic authentication, Project ID, Issue ID, Company Name as it appears in your company's Jira URL, and the desired file path of the log file
  • Read the file "Get-Jira-Worklog-Details-ReadMe.pdf" located inside the folder prior to using
