On the basis of system date, the bot would calculate the starting month of the current quarter and the ending month of the current quarter

On the basis of system date, the bot would calculate the starting month of the current quarter and the ending month of the current quarter.
There are different formats available from BOT output
If the fiscal year flag set as no then the normal year (Jan –Dec) quarters would be calculated.
If the fiscal year flag is set as Yes then it would provide the country flag (as of now it’s for US, UK, and India) if the country flag is “” , then will consider fiscal year as of April to March.

Setup Process

Install

Download the Bot and follow the instructions to install it in your AAE Control Room.

Configure

Open the Bot to configure your username and other settings the Bot will need (see the Installation Guide or ReadMe for details.)

Run

That's it - now the Bot is ready to get going!

Requirements and Inputs

  • FiscalyearFlag as Input variable : If set as Yes and country like US,UK and India Provided BOT will calculate the same
  • If Fiscal year Flag set as Yes and Country flag as"" then BOT would consider Apr to March as FY
  • If Fiscal year is set as NO : Jan to Dec would be taken as Year
