- Inputs: HR Department triggers the bot by sending e-mails to the Bot email ID with an attached pre-defined Excel spreadsheet template with new hire details . There are two templates. First template triggers the Pre-Hire Activities and second template triggers the Post-Hire Activites. NOTE: The excel templates can be configured and changed based on company preference.
