The A360 Invoicely Assistant bot is used to automate rule-based repetitive processes. It includes the Parent Task bot as Invoicely Assistant Bot - Main. A user can create multiple individual and organization clients using the Config file which the bot uses to populate data into the Invoicely website.

Setup process

Install

Download the Bot and follow the instructions to install it in your AAE Control Room.

Configure

Use the Bot in a bot, configure keys and other credentials the Bot will need (see the ReadMe for details.)

Run

That's it - now the Bot is ready to get going!

Requirements and Inputs

  • Automation 360 setup to run in your machine
  • Bot creator license
  • Invoicely account with Credentials preferably stored in Credential vault
  • Folder structure and updated Config excel in Input folder
