1. Log into JD Edwards
2. Navigate to “Customer Service Inquiry” (Fast path to p4210)
3. Search Sales Order Number
4. Select Sales Order Record
5. Get Item Quantity
6. Enter into Sales Order Record
7. Get “From Business Unit “and “To Address Code”
8. Navigate to “Work with Shipments” (Fast path to P4915)
9. Search Sales Order Number
10. Get Item weight
11. Navigate to “Work with Business Units” (Fast path to p0006)
12. Search From Business Unit
13. Enter into Business Unit Record
14. Get From Address Code
15. Navigate to “Work with Addresses”
16. Search To Address Code
17. Enter To Address Code Record
18. Click on the Mailing tab
19. Get To Address, To State, To Zip Code, and To City
20. Exit Record
21. Search From Address Code
22. Click on the Mailing tab
23. Get From Address, From State, From Zip Code, and From City
24. Calculate Total Weight by Multiplying Item Quantity and Item Weight
25. Launch FedEx Shipping Calculator
26. Search To and From Zip Codes and Total Weight
27. Loop through the table to find Shipping Service containing “FedEx 2day AM”
28. Break Loop if Service is Found and Save the Shipping Rate to FedEx Rate
29. Close FedEx Shipping Calculator
30. Launch USPS Shipping Calculator
31. Search To and From Zip Codes and Select View Flat Rate Boxes
32. Get the Shipping cost for Large Flat Rate Box and Save it to USPS Rate
33. Close USPS Shipping Calculator
34. Launch UPS Shipping Calculator
35. Search To and From Zip Codes, To and From Cities, Total Weight, Standard Box Dimensions (12x12x6)
36. Check Each Row in Table to Find Service Containing “2nd Day Air A.M.”
37. Save “2nd Day Air A.M.” Shipping Rate to UPS Shipping Rate
38. Display Rates to User
