The lead conversion process in Salesforce creates an Account, a Contact and an Opportunity from a Lead object record. Input: Text file containing first name, last name, and subject. The Bot opens an existing based on the information in the text file and converts it using the conversion function in Salesforce.

Setup process

Install

Download the Bot and follow the instructions to install it in your AAE Control Room.

Use the Bot in a bot, configure keys and other credentials the Bot will need (see the ReadMe for details.)
