- The users from multiple Business Unit will send their requests to a Period Maintenance Team responsible to Close and Open the Period of AR Sub Ledger Application via an email.
- The Bot will fetch the requests sent via email.
- The Bot will capture any exceptions encountered while Closing and Opening the Period
- The Bot will send confirmation email to the requestor
Confirmation mail will be sent to requester stating values has been updated into Oracle.

Open the Bot to configure your username and other settings the Bot will need (see the Installation Guide or ReadMe for details.)
