Manage Opening and Closing of Period of a General Ledger Application

• The user will send the email for closing and opening the period of a General Ledger application for specific ledgers.
• The bot will use standard Oracle form – period maintenance form ensuring all validations are performed as if the values are entered manually.
• This bot can be used for any process, which can be parameterized.

Before this bot process can be used, we need to ensure the following are in place: Oracle user signed-in has access for updating. A specific email box has been set up to receive emails. Bot user should have permission to read email inbox designated for the requests sent by the user
