- The user will send the email for closing and opening the period of a General Ledger application for specific ledgers.
- The bot will use standard Oracle form – period maintenance form ensuring all validations are performed as if the values are entered manually.
- This bot can be used for any process, which can be parameterized.
Before this bot process can be used, we need to ensure the following are in place: Oracle user signed-in has access for updating. A specific email box has been set up to receive emails. Bot user should have permission to read email inbox designated for the requests sent by the user

Download the Bot and follow the instructions to install it in your AAE Control Room.
Open the Bot to configure your username and other settings the Bot will need (see the Installation Guide or ReadMe for details.)
That's it - now the Bot is ready to get going!
