If a ticket is raised by Office365 user for password reset on any ticketing system, the bot reads the ticket, extracts information from that. Then by using the O365 admin privileges, the bot resets the password of the O365 Account of the respective user and sends an email to its alternate email id.

Download the Bot and follow the instructions to install it in your AAE Control Room.
Open the Bot to configure your username and other settings the Bot will need (see the Installation Guide or ReadMe for details.)

- Open Add/Remove Programs -> Select the Bot/Digital Worker to be installed
Inputs: The data from the ticketing system is extracted in the form of input.csv file and the file is placed in Input Folder
