Tasks
- Bot will read all the email and download attachments
- Bot will run Excel macros to calculate the time spent for each employee
Bot will read all the emails and save the attachments in 'All attachment' folder.
Now the Bot will go to the 'All attachment' folder and will read the Attendance Data1 file. If the file name includes Attendance Data1 then it will move this file to the Punch-in Punch-out folder.
Next, Bot will open the excel file and will check the time calculation Excel macros and if it is matches, then Excel macros will run.
Bot will calculate the total hours and will send the total time spent by the employees through email.
