The objective of this bot is to automatically raise tickets in Micro Focus whenever there is an issue in the system and assign the issue to a Micro Focus user.
The bot will automatically raise a service request for users based on user email. Once a request is raised user will get a notification via email the request has been assigned.
Key Use Case: This bot raises service requests for all the issues in the Micro Focus service desk and assigns them to a user, quickly, without any technical supervision.
