The aim of this bot is to automatically raise service requests in the Micro Focus Application to the Micro Focus Users.
The bot will automatically raise a service request for users based on their requesting email. Once a request in Micro Focus has been raised, the user will get a notification on his/her email that the request was raised successfully.
Key Use Case: This bot raises service requests for all identified issues in Micro Focus service desk quickly, without any technical supervision. Easy Integration with Micro Focus Application for ticket request and assignment.
