RFP Agent is designed to simplify and standardize RFP evaluation and Go/No-Go decision-making, a process that is traditionally manual, fragmented, and risk-prone. Presales teams often spend long hours reviewing RFP documents across legal, capability, experience, and liability dimensions, relying on emails, spreadsheets, and individual judgment. This leads to inconsistent decisions, delayed responses, and increased bid risk.

The automation is triggered when a user provides an RFP document and an internal qualification reference document. Once triggered, the RFP Agent automatically loads and extracts RFP content, ingests internal data, and performs AI-driven RFP assessment using specialized validations for legal alignment, core capability fit, historical experience, and liability risk. Each validation produces a score and explanation, which are aggregated into a consolidated assessment.

The agent then presents the results through a human-in-the-loop approval form, allowing stakeholders to review scores and either approve or decline the bid. Upon approval, the automation generates a structured HTML bid summary and sends it via Outlook email. Outputs include individual validation scores, a total alignment score, and an auditable decision trail.
