This bot is designed to automate the process of querying and returning the results of a Salesforce SOQL query. To operate, a user must use their token from the Salesforce login setup and obtain a Client ID and Client Secret from a connected app in Salesforce. With those details provided, users can use this MetaBot (and sample bot) to authenticate in Salesforce and run SOQL queries - returning their results in a JSON format.

Setup process

Install

Download the Bot and follow the instructions to install it in your AAE Control Room.

Configure

Use the Bot in a bot, configure keys and other credentials the Bot will need (see the ReadMe for details.)

Run

That's it - now the Bot is ready to get going!

  • Inputs: Query, APIVersion, Client Secret key, Client ID, Domain URL, Password, Token, User Name
