The Search Bing for News bot searches for news and gets all relevant news articles from Microsoft Bing.  Results include details like the featured image of the news article, related categories, provider info, article URL, and date added.

Setup Process

Install

Download the Bot and follow the instructions to install it in your AAE Control Room.

Configure

Open the Bot to configure your username and other settings the Bot will need (see the Installation Guide or ReadMe for details.)

Run

That's it - now the Bot is ready to get going!

  • AAE 10 sp2 setup
  • Inputs: API Key (This can be obtained from Azure by adding a resource for Bing News), provided search term(s)
