The SharePoint Maintenance Assistant performs ten operations in SharePoint. It is used to connect to SharePoint Online, which performs CRUD operations on files, folders, lists, and sites using the Rest web services command package and Microsoft graph API using the SharePoint Online client ID, client secret key, and tenant id.

Setup process

Install

Download the Bot and follow the instructions to install it in your AAE Control Room.

Configure

Use the Bot in a bot, configure keys and other credentials the Bot will need (see the ReadMe for details.)

Requirements and Inputs

  • Folder structure and configure SharePoint Operation.xlsx in line number (5)
  • Microsoft authentications (username, password, tenant id, client id, client secret value,siteurl, domain url, hostname)
