Bot will read the common mail box email and understands what type of ticket to be created. The list of features are 1) The bot has a capability to create various Incidents (P1, P2, P3 and P4). 2) The bot has a capability to create Problem Management tickets. 3) The bot has a feature to create KEDB tickets 4) The bot has a feature to create Change request 5) The bot has a feature of changing status of incident which is Open from Work in progress, From WIP to Pending, from Wip to close..etc

Download the Bot and follow the instructions to install it in your AAE Control Room.
Open the Bot to configure your username and other settings the Bot will need (see the Installation Guide or ReadMe for details.)
That's it - now the Bot is ready to get going!
