The TypeSafe AI package lets Automation 360 bots make decisions about text with TypeSafe AI, without writing prompts or parsing free-text replies. Each action sends your text to TypeSafe AI and returns a structured Dictionary that a bot can use directly in If conditions, routing and reports.
Actions included:
Choice: selects the best-matching option from a list you define, with a short description for each option.
Score: rates the text on an ordered scale you define, such as low, medium and high frustration.
Noul: answers a yes/no question about the text and returns a probability, with optional criteria that explain what counts as yes.
