This package allows users to automate tasks in the Chrome browser with high performance and accuracy using JavaScript code. It is based on ChromeDriver and EdgeDriver.

There are two ways to automate tasks in Chrome:

1. Use actions like Click, Select, Get Value, or Set Value to perform automation tasks step by step.
2. Use the Execute JavaScript action to perform multiple tasks in one JavaScript function.

03/15/2021 Update:

  • Updated the default driver to a version that supports Google Chrome 89.x and MS Edge 89.x. Otherwise, browse around to find the appropriate selenium driver for Edge or Chrome.
  • Updated the included sample bot to show basic page navigation. The included sample will launch a browser session, navigate to google.com, perform a search, and click a search result link.

The source code for this package is available on the Automation Anywhere GitHub page.
